REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
At Silverdrops we care about our customers and want you to have the best possible experience. That's why we stand behind all our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! This means that you can use our products risk-free to test whether it's something for you.
Should you, contrary to expectations, be dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 60 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
You can initiate your refund by sending us an email at support@silverdrops.com - We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation in order to complete the return.
RETURN APPROVAL
You will lose your right to cancel if the item has major signs of wear and is not in the same condition & packaging (bag and cardboard box) as when you received it. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you must follow the instructions regarding returns under our terms and conditions unless the return is due to an error on our part. You are responsible for paying the costs associated with returning the item. You should consider getting a T&T number for the return of your package. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned package.
