Payment
Silverdrops accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and are incl. VAT.
Silverdrops uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
Silverdrops delivers on all weekdays. We generally have 1-3 day delivery on 95% of our orders, and these are shipped from our Danish warehouse in Skørping. For other delivery times, this is stated on our product page.
Right of complaint
Silverdrops has a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects and defects in material or production.
Complaints do not apply to errors or damage, as well as defects that arise from incorrect operation of the product. Silverdrops covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Satisfaction guarantee
We are very confident in our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 60 days. This means that you can get a full refund if the product does not meet the requirements. This also means that you are welcome to use the product and try it out for the 60 days to decide whether the product meets your expectations.
If you wish to make use of the satisfaction guarantee, please contact customer service.
Right of withdrawal
Silverdrops has a 60-day right of withdrawal on goods where the packaging has not been broken. The plastic must be intact and the packaging must not have visible damage or defects. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service.

We grant you a non-exclusive and revocable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Services. You should also review our Privacy Policy before accessing the Services, as it sets out important information about how we may use your personal information when you use the Services.
Intellectual Property Rights:
All intellectual property rights in and to Silverdrops's products, software and services remain the exclusive property of Silverdrops and its licensors (if applicable).
Restrictions on Your Use of the Services:
You agree not to:
a) Modify, copy, reproduce, retransmit or rebroadcast any content that you may access through your use of the Services, except as permitted by applicable law;
b) Disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise decompile your Silverdrops Product/or any software, applications, upgrades or updates made available to you through the Services or installed on your Silverdrops Product, except as permitted by applicable law or license terms;
c) Knowingly introduce viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other technologically harmful materials to the Services;
d) Otherwise use the Services in any manner or for any purpose that may infringe any third party's intellectual property rights;
e) Access or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Our Liability:
The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as expressly stated in any applicable product warranty documentation, Silverdrops and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, warranty of non-infringement of third party rights, and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Silverdrops and its suppliers make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the materials, services, software, text, graphics, and links. Under no circumstances will we be liable to any party for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or otherwise, for any use or inability to use the Services, including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law and Venue:
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and any dispute relating to the Services shall be resolved in the Danish courts, unless any applicable mandatory rules provide for a different forum.
Miscellaneous:
